$150
attendance fee for after-hours, weekend and public holiday callouts
After-hours, weekend and public holiday callouts carry a $150 attendance fee. The repair itself is quoted by the job before any work starts, so the price is agreed while the water is still off, not invented afterwards. During standard hours there's no separate call-out fee.
You speak to Ben, not a call centre or an answering service. He'll talk you through stopping the damage, give you an honest arrival time, and for emergencies be there within 1 hour if available. On site he finds the problem, quotes the fix, does the work and leaves the place clean. Done Once. Done Right. 24/7.
